★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Taiwanese woman working here cannot speak sufficient english and Dutch, it's very hard to understand what she's trying to tell you. The dutch guy however is very understandable, unfortunately he isnt always there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpfull staff. Just make sure you have and bring all you need and you'll be done in minutes. Don't try to make excuses for missing or wrong papers as they will (of cause) not except that. If you prepared everything you need you'll experience a very helpfull staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff there is NOT helpful at all, arrogantly asking you to writing down notes in Chinese on each document for visa application, which is clearly supposed to be done by themselves (otherwise, how can foreign guests do that...). It is just a shame that they offer such a poor service. We Chinese people are very friendly to all foreign guests, and the service there cannot represent anything about Chinese hospitality...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure that you bring everything that you need at the office, otherwise it can be quite troublesome, for example 1 copy of your passport can cost 3 euro so keep that in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experiences. Have been there few times. Staffs looked annoyed every time. The website guidelines were not sufficient. The staffs got irritated when the visitors brought wrong documents or insufficient numbers of copy. If one try to point out their website is unclear, they print out their website content (while printing 1 page of copy there is 3€) and start "teaching" you as if you're a dumb person who can't read. Very wordy and unhelpful. I believe if the instructions on their website can't be improved, more people in the future will be confused and bring the wrong things, and the staffs will be more annoyed.
