★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with loud employee on the phone who wasn't informative at all! She made us go all the way to the hague only to be told that we couldn't get that service there. The man at the counter was unhelpful and didn't give us an alternative solution which I found out later on. Now I have to travel back to the hague again and waste time. Thank you to the Filipinos who represent our country well ? it feels good to feel at home ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this COVID-19 period we have been contacted by email multiple times before visiting the embassy, concerning the documents we required to register our marriage in the Philippines.
Employers were very helpful to assist us with our questions as well as our requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly employees and easy to find. Parking spaces around the building. Below some practical information that I couldn’t find online and want to share;
- you can only pay by cash, there is a supermarket (5 min walking distance) with an ATM;
- they have a stand with all the different forms, so if you can’t find it online, you can fill it in there;
- they need to see you bank details. You have to show them that you have an amount of €1000,- or more on your account;
- our tourist visa was €27,00 each;
- for us, it took around 20 minutes to apply for our tourist visa;
- we could pick up our passport the next (business) day;
- and last but not least, use the right door to open if you don’t wanna look like a fool?

They are not informative or helpful at all, don’t answer emails, don’t answer questions, give no estimates on how long their services might take.
We are in big problems cause of the pandemic and this office just makes it worse.
Terrible people to work with.

I had to communicate mostly via email and the only issue I see is their email address being gmail one, not so secured for very personal data. Hope they improve on this. Again, thank you very much and appreciate the fast processing. Don't understand why they have bad Reviews.
