★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tandarts Greving brengt behandelingen in rekening die niet afgesproken zijn, ondanks nadrukkelijk verzoek alles vooraf te bespreken. Ik zou deze praktijk zeker niet aanraden.
Dentist Greving charges for treatments that have not been agreed, despite an explicit request to discuss everything in advance. I would certainly not recommend this practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is een van de Beste Tandarts Praktijken in de buurt en zelfs de mondhygiënisch waar ik vandaag een afspraak had voor Controle voor mijn tanden die is super ik zou iedereen aanraden om daar naar toe te gaan en de tandarts waar je je gaatjes kan laten vullen die zijn ook super dus bij Deze raad iedereen aan om je daar te laten inschrijven en behandelen
It is one of the Best Dentist Practices around and even the dental hygienic where I had an appointment today for Checkup for my teeth which is super I would recommend everyone to go there and have the dentist where you can have your cavities filled that are also super so at This recommend everyone to register and treat you there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik was hier jaren patiënt. In het begin erg goede ervaring, maar daarna draaide alles helaas om geld. Nemen teveel nieuwe patiënten aan waardoor wachttijden op kunnen lopen tot 2 maanden voor mondhygiënist.
Verder zijn de receptionisten zeer klantonvriendelijk. Er is een nieuwe tandarts praktijk op 15 meter afstand geopend en ik mocht gelijk komen voor controle en mondhygiëne. Jammer dat jullie zo omgaan met patiënten die al jaren bij jullie komen..
Enige pluspunt aan deze tandarts praktijk is tandarts Ebru altijd erg goed geholpen door haar chapeau!
I was a patient here for years. Very good experience at first, but after that everything turned to money unfortunately. Accept too many new patients, which can lead to waiting times of up to 2 months for dental hygienists.
Furthermore, the receptionists are very customer-unfriendly. A new dentist practice has been opened 15 meters away and I was allowed to come immediately for a check-up and oral hygiene. It is a pity that you treat patients that have been coming to you for years.
The only plus point of this dentist practice is dentist Ebru always very well helped by her chapeau!

My Dutch is pretty crappy but the dentist was kind and patient enough to let me try in Dutch first but then would switch to English when I was struggling.
Easily set up an appointment as a new patient via email with the receptionist.

I hardly received any reminders from them, nowadays we are all so easy connected!! Bad communication. Looking for another praktijk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment with their hygienist last Nov. The night before my son came back from his basisschool telling me that some kids in his class were waiting for their Covid test results... As I was heading out of the door that morning for the appointment, I suddenly felt the responsibility that I should not go because of my minor sore throat. I believed that it was for the best to be cautious and do not spread the disease had I had it.
I wrote to Tandartsenpunt and explained the situation. What happens next is that they said that it doesn't matter what the reason is, I had to pay for the missed appointment. Because what I did didn't fit their protocol.
Very sad to see this kind of behavior during this pandemic while so many people are suffering and they just want to do business as usual. I will not go to a clinic which lacks any human touch and sensibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For more than a year now we have been communicating to them that we have changed address. Still they keep sending us their bills to the wrong place. Because of their mistakes we are now receiving letters from the collection agency (incasso bureau) with additional costs. Really disappointing to see how they are handling things. Not sure if it's out of incompetency or that they really don't care about their customers. We're moving dentists now.
