★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne tandarts! Ze stellen je gerust als je angstig bent. De afgelopen weken 2 wortelkanaalbehandeling gehad. Zelfs de verdoving deed geen pijn! Ik vind het een hele kundige tandarts.
 Great dentist! They reassure you when you are anxious. Had 2 root canal treatments in recent weeks. Even the anesthetic didn't hurt! I think he is a very skilled dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hele goede tandarts. ik was heel bang voor de tandarts maar tandartsen stelden me gerust en legde precies uit wat er gebeurde.ook hele goede tandarts die alles pijnloos deed en de tijd nam. hele vriendelijke vrouw aan balie .
very good dentist. I was very afraid of the dentist but dentists asked me at ease and explained exactly what gebeurde.ook very good dentist who did all painless and took time. very friendly woman at desk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onvriendelijk en slechte receptioniste. De tandarts zelf is prima. Maar wij hadden een situatie dat we te laat kwamen vanwege het OV die niet ging. Er werdt ons dan telefonisch verteld dat we weer terug konden gaan naar huis, omdat we te laat waren. Wat respectloos! Uiteindelijk zijn we gegaan, en toch werden we geholpen. Dus plusjes voor de rest van het personeel, maar de vriendelijkheid van de receptioniste....psss man man man
Unfriendly and bad receptionist. The dentist himself is fine. But we had a situation that we were late because of public transport that was not working. We were then told by phone that we could go back home, because we were late. How disrespectful! In the end we went, and yet we were helped. So pluses for the rest of the staff, but the kindness of the receptionist .... psss man man man

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beste tandartspraktijk van rotterdam! Goede uitleg tijdens de behandelingen, de medewerkers zijn erg warm, vriendelijk en klantgericht.. kan er niets anders van maken dan 5 sterren en vindt de negatieve reviews nergens op slaan..
Best dental practice in Rotterdam! Good explanation during the treatments, the employees are very warm, friendly and customer oriented .. can make it nothing but 5 stars and think the negative reviews make no sense ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben nieuwe patiënt bij tandartspraktijk de esch. Het is een hele goeie praktijk. De tandarts en assistente gaven mij goeie informatie en het zijn top mensen want, ik had angst van de tandarts maar na het afspraak heb ik geen angst meer. Het werk wat ze doen is helemaal mooi en ook pijnloos. Baliemedewerkster doet zijn werk ook prima.
Ik ben zeer tevreden met het praktijk. Ben blij dat ik nu zo een goeie praktijk heb gevonden.
I am a new patient at dental practice de esch. It's a very good practice. The dentist and assistant gave me good information and they are top people because, I had fear from the dentist but after the appointment I no longer have any fear. The work they do is completely beautiful and also painless. Desk clerk also does a great job.
I am very satisfied with the practice. I am glad that I have now found such a good practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My old dentist here was very fine. I have been here for 3 years without problem. Before there is a man receptionist which was fine. Nowadays they have a new woman receptionist that is terrible. I call on monday 10:00 to cancel my appointment on Tuesday at 15:00 and was told it was not possible I have to pay for cancelation. I explained the reason I have to cancel because I realize they don’t have a lift for my buggy but it’s not accepted. Sound like only paying the bill is what matters. The location is on the first floor without lift.
