The secretary who received me was rude and incompetent.
Absolutely careless regarding the patient.
Lack of social, organizational, emotional and medical skills.

β β β β β worst assistant service, worst doctors. doctors dont take issues seriously, he doesnt listen and talks by himself, if you ever do tests, chances are they cant help you with your results because they suck at their jobs.

β β β β β The level of rudeness and incompetence from the front desk is astounding. I thought it would get better over time, but itβs simply astonishing.
The last drop was when the receptionist told me that I misunderstood the details of a call that she wasnβt even in! How would she know?
