★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had really a bad experience with their customer service, I did not know that I had to update my address with them so I was charged 40 euro extra for extra administration cost and when i complained about this, they did not even sympathize to my situation. I will not recommend this practice from a customer point of view. Concluding, My impression is, there is absolutely No motivation in building a long standing relationship with their patients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never felt so uncomfortable as at this dental practice. I only want to focus this review on a specific dentist and that is Leonoor van Marrewijk. She is anything but customer friendly. Besides that she has informed me completely wrong, I closed a high dental insures for a treatment I can’t even do. She talks to me as if I am nobody even till a point I felt discriminated. Very sad, because Mrs. van de Veer is a very nice and professional dentist.

Don't bother call, the receptionist barely works there.
Dentist will convince you that you need to do some change and ruin your teeth forever in the meantime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience today after having a session which included extraction of one tooth and filling of another. I was treated by Michiel who was nice enough to welcome me to the practice. Knowing my fear of dentists he managed to somehow decrease the tension and help me relax. He knew my medical history very well, which showed that he had studied my file in advance. During the treatment he was very gentle and attentive, making sure that I was not in pain or discomfort.

I just went there to quickly check out my dental condition. The manager took a free x-ray :)) and she provided me enough information. I was really happy. They made an appointment to fix my problem. when I went there for the appointment, I felt so comfortable and they did their job precisely and they provided me enough information through the x-ray before and after fixing and I monitored what they did for me. Thank you so much for the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I went there late last year and since I’ve gone to other dentists in Amsterdam from that time, I can say with certainty that my experience here was abnormally bad. They took advantage of the fact one is insured by charging unreasonable prices, adding more hours charged than actual AND the treatment itself was lacking. I had to come twice for cleaning, one visit for each of upper and lower jaw, when I know for a fact my teeth hygiene is not horrible (I do regular cleaning twice a year). At the end of the teeth cleaning, there weren’t any fluoride polishing or disinfectant rinse. Gums were raw and bleeding, and I had to go to Etos to buy a mouth rinse immediately for I feared I would get an infection. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the tooth cleaning service was terrible, never before had it caused so much pain, it treated me like an animal or I would say like a machine.
the cleaner is not passionate about her job, a dentist company like this would have to have staff who like to do their job. or that she has a passion for what she does,
the price is high, but with bad service it is not pleasant to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dentist clinic provides terrible service and charges you a large sum amount of money.
They cleaned my teeth for 15’ and then charged me for 30’.
Later on, they required me to book another 30’ appointment why only cleaned my teeth in 15’ and then charged me the whole time period again. There is even some amount called ‘pocket register’ amount that I have no idea what is it about. When I complained this via email, they even claimed the second section last more than 45’.
Be aware that every question you asked the dentist will be charged later on, and often more than 50 EUR per question.
I got charged 280 EUR just for check up and teeth cleaning. And they never mentioned about the cost with me.
And now they refused to communication with me to sort things out and force me to pay this unreasonable amount.
Regarding their cleaning practices, that was the most terrible cleaning of my life. My gum felt extremely painful and bleeding for the next week.
