★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with the service. My rear tire went this morning and I could tell it needed replacing along with the inner tube. This place is right by work. I was told the tire they needed wasn't currently in stock but if I left it with them, I could pick up the next day. A few hours later, I got a message saying that it was all done: bonus!
First time I needed to get a tyre replaced so not sure what the normal cost is. €50 seemed a bit expensive, but looking on a few websites, it seems to be normal. While I was there, I got a few other things done. I'd go again.

Prices are way too high for nothing, if compared to other bike repair stores in Amsterdam. They will try to charge you for something you don't even need done. Do yourself a favour and go to another place unless you want to get ripped off by a bunch of jerks

We purchased our first bike in Amsterdam from here.
It is a treat to be here. So many beautiful bikes, amazing quality and variety. Just too good.
Staff is really friendly and extremely helpful.
We met Eric and Job, they helped us throughout the process. They were just amazing and helped us a lot in making our decision since we liked do many bikes.
Highly recommended to buy a new bike from here.
Bikes are on an expensive though but totally worth it.
So if you have a budget from 400+ euros, this is the place to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone in a few times. Once I had a helpful person who happily accepted me and answered my questions, like I am used to in bike shops. Good experience.
Another time, I was basically ignored by the person working when I arrived, and when I asked for help I felt like I was burdening him. He hardly said anything while we sorted out my problem. Then another time, my boyfriend's bike was returned to him with loose bolts, which caused an accident on his way home from the shop.
