Tandartspraktijk Plasman - Nieuwe Schoolstraat 1A

Zo blij met tandarts Plasman en zijn team. Ik was altijd heel bang, maar dat is nu niet meer nodig!

Erg aardig, gezellig en kundig. Meer kun je niet wensen bij een tandarts. Je voelt je hier op je gemak, er worden grapjes gemaakt en er wordt hard gewerkt. Erg aardig personeel. Bedankt!

Dr. Plasman is incredibly rude, refused me emergency treatment because I arrived four minutes late to my appointment, and made derogatory and discriminatory comments against me when he saw I do not speak Dutch. The experience was awful.

An American driving around Holland in September 2015 had a dental emergency (broken crown on a front tooth) and got prompt, professional service at the office of Dr. Plasman. The crown was repaired enough to last about ten days (until our return home) and never caused us more trouble, for a very reasonable fee. Many thanks!

The mentality of Dr Plasman was below understanding that the urgent situation of the patient is prior to punishing him being 10 minutes late. Even one star (*) is too much for Dr Plasman as a dentist. Such a sick minded person who treats the patients like a judge in the court and punish them. Very ruud and irrespectful dentist. It happened a lot that I had to wait and waste a long time after my appointment time in their office. I has a cleaning service after some treatments that was done for some teeth and the rest of the teeth was infected and urgently needed to be cleaned. I just came 15 minutes late in the morning for my appointment and he didn't let me get the cleaning service. He didn't even let me explain or apologize. Just when I entered he said you are late and we will not give you treatment. There was 45 minutes remaining time from my appointment while my teeth only needed 30 minutes treatment according to the Dr working in his office. Again according to the Dr my teeth and mouth was not in a good situation and there was infection in my teeth that was dangerous. Also I had a lot of complaint and problem from my previous treatments that I wanted to tell my Dr but he didn't even let me talk to my Dr. I felt like I am getting punished. his behaviour was absolutely inappropriate. He was totally irresponsible about the problems and the situation of my teeth and just wanted to punish the patients to be late!!! There was enough time to do the rest of the cleaning but his sick mentality was beyond understanding that the urgent situation of the patient is prior to punishing him being 10 minutes late. I chose this Dr without previous research and I really regret spending so much time on his business. I recommend everyone not to try this Dentist as there is very high probability you will be disappointed.
