Ik ben behandeld, hij maakte 4 facings, ik ben volledig om, de tandarts was zeer vakkundig, legde alles goed uit, hield rekening met mijn angst en niet eens zo duur. een enorme vakman, Zeer aanbevelenswaardig I'm not that into dentists, find it scary. Hun werkwijze, professionaliteit en vooral het resultaat zijn fantastisch. De offerte werd 100% gevolgd (de rekening klopte exact). Het resultaat was boven verwachting. Tandarts Smalhout werkt met de meest moderne technieken en zijn behandelingen zijn volledig pijnloos. Het personeel is zeer geroutineerd en vriendelijk. De prijs- kwaliteitsverhouding is zeer reeel. Van werk vrij genomen en helemaal vanuit het oosten van het land naar Amsterdam gereisd voor een consult facings. Vol verwachting ernaar toe, maar werd ontzettend slecht ontvangen. Kreeg nauwelijks mogelijkheid om vragen te stellen, hij praat erdoor heen en maakte de indruk dat hij er vrij weinig zin en tijd voor had. De vragen die ik had werden bot beantwoord. Totaal geen empathie deze man en klantvriendelijkheid is ver te zoeken. Na 2 min stond ik weer buiten met een rotgevoel. Nare man bah. What a terrible man this Herman Smalhout is not worth a star. Eerst werd de afspraak afgezegd i.v.m. zijn vakantie. De tweede keer door langdurige zieken in het laboratorium. Al met al een grote afknapper en ook totaal geen sprake van betrokkenheid/sympathie. Ik denk dat jij mogelijk bij een andere tandarts moet zijn geweest (er werken hier 40 man), ik zorg er altijd voor dat ik intake patiënten zo uitgebreid en op een duidelijke en vooral vriendelijke manier informeer en ben uiterst punctueel in zowel mijn behandelingen als afspraken (Voor mijn intakes reserveer ik altijd minimaal 30 minuten) Ondanks dat je waarschijnlijk bij een collega bent geweest kun je mij altijd benaderen om in overleg te treden groet Herman RESPONSE TO Ms. Dina A. and Jerry V.
