P	Paul Alferink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nam best snel contact op en tijdens de taxatie vriendelijk. Afspraken die we gemaakt hebben zijn niet nagekomen. Zou hooguit 2 weken duren wat ik al lang vindt, maar heeft uiteindelijk 4 weken en 2 dagen geduurd voor ik mijn taxatie had. Mijn ongenoegen geuit naar hem, maar lag niet aan heb, maar stagiaire en adviseur. Ik moest uiteindelijk door niet nagekomen afspraken mijn offerte weer laten veranderen en ook bepaalde documenten weer aanleveren. Ik ben nu vanaf oktober bezig en hoop dat het voor Kerst rond is. Nooit weer!!! It was best to get in touch quickly and friendly during the appraisal. Agreements we have made have not been fulfilled. Would take at most 2 weeks, which I think is a long time, but in the end it took 4 weeks and 2 days before I had my valuation. I expressed my displeasure to him, but it was not my fault, but an intern and consultant. In the end I had to have my quote changed again due to agreements that had not been met and also submit certain documents again. I've been working since October and hope to have it done before Christmas. Never again!!!
E	Eline mdv on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De taxateur leek een amateur op taxatiegebied. De vergelijking met andere woningen totaal klopte voor geen hout. De andere woningen waren veel oudere woningen met bijna geen isolatie, veel minder vloeroppervlakte, geen zonnepanelen, slecht onderhouden en ga zo maar door. Ook de oppervlakte van onze woning wist hij niet en vroeg ons hoeveel m2 het was. Een andere taxateur ingeschakeld en deze taxeerde onze woning € 200.000,- hoger. The appraiser seemed an amateur in the appraisal field. The comparison with other houses was completely wrong for wood. The other homes were much older homes with almost no insulation, much less floor space, no solar panels, poorly maintained and so on. He also did not know the surface of our house and asked us how many m2 it was. We called in another appraiser and he valued our house € 200,000 higher.

When we asked him to justify this...give us reasons....he said, that this is his personal opinion, and he is expert?!!!!!! Completely unprofessional...if you give very shocked values like this, my right as a customer, to tell me the unbiased reasons behind this judgement.. and my right to question you about your decision.... I already escalated his evaluation report, because this is completely unprofessional
