★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slechte ervaring met Taxi Adriaan! Reed heel erg om en wist de weg niet te vinden in Amsterdam. Ook keek de chauffeur niet goed uit en reed er bijna een tram op ons in. De bedoeling was dat hij ons afzette bij Leidseplein, uiteindelijk werd dit Rembrandtplein en moesten we ver lopen in de regen. Nadat wij een klacht hadden ingediend werd hier ook super slecht op gereageerd. Nooit meer.
 Super bad experience with Taxi Adriaan! Drove very much and did not find the way in Amsterdam. The driver also did not look well and almost drove into a tram. The intention was that he dropped us off at Leidseplein, eventually this became Rembrandtplein and we had to walk far in the rain. After we filed a complaint, this was also reacted very badly. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ verschrikkelijk. Ik had online besteld EN betaald. De taxi was er 10min. na afgesproken tijd niet. Ik heb gebeld en kreeg chauffeur die zelf aan het rijden was aan de telefoon. Die wist niets van de boeking en ik kreeg geen excuses. Er zou iemand komen. Dat duurde nog 15min. Weer geen excuses. De chauffeur reed asociaal. Niet handsfree bellen, telefoon in zijn had. Rij bij toplicht op aso manier inhalen, door op de andere afslag te gaan staan. Jammer... Ik gebruik deze service niet meer.
terrible. I ordered AND paid online. The taxi was there 10min. not after agreed time. I called and got a driver who was driving himself on the phone. He knew nothing about the booking and I received no apologies. Someone would come. That took another 15 minutes. Again no apologies. The driver drove anti-social. No hands-free calling, phone in his had. Drive at top light to overtake aso, by standing on the other exit. Too bad ... I no longer use this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vooraf gereserveerd. Moest midden in de nacht naar Schiphol. Service was weer goed; exact op tijd en vriendelijk zoals ik gewend was van taxi adriaan voor corona!
Reserved in advance. Had to go to Schiphol in the middle of the night. Service was good again; exactly on time and friendly as I was used to from taxi adriaan for corona!
