★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially, I was quite disappointed with the service, when I called to book a taxi from Haarlem to airport and assumed that drive is going to cost me 29 euro and had to pay 54 in the end of the trip because “it was not reserved”. I do not quite understand the difference between reservation and calling in advance and nothing like this stated on the website.
Response to the owner:
Yes, you tried to call me while I was in Russia, so it would be even more expensive call for both of us.
Unfortunately, I do not agree that it is stated on your website. I've attached the screenshot. At least it is not anywhere on the landing page, so people might get confused. If i would know this, I would for sure call in advance, because Uber from my place not even cheaper:)
The final thoughts: I am happy that even though not everything went smoothly, Taxi Haarlem contacted me and agreed that there is nothing stated on website and returned the difference. I think it is only fair to improve my rating for them.

+ They provide payments by card. Price was listed on the website and thus that is what was payed.
