Vriendelijke oprechte bediening die VEEL verder gaat dan andere en daardoor ook geen gelijke kent. Toevallig tegen gekomen uit noodzaak op vakantie en gelukkig maar; Veel keuze en eerlijke prijzen. Hij kwamen lachend weer buiten en met een warm gevoel waar gebeurt dat tegenwoordig nog. Super cordial service. CUSTOMER IS REALLY KING! Friendly sincere service that goes way beyond others and therefore has no equal. Coincidentally encountered out of necessity on vacation and fortunately; Lots of choice and fair prices. He came out laughing and with a warm feeling where it still happens today.

Ze hadden me een andere prijs beloofd dan toen ik de fiets verliet voor reparatie. Seriously, these people lack professionalism. They blame their colleagues for mistakes, instead of understanding that they operate the same store. They had promised me a different price than when I left the bike for repair.

Toen kwam ik terecht bij deze fietsenwinkel/maker. De eigenaar is een erg sympathieke man die duidelijk zijn woorden na komt als hij iets belooft. Een week nadat ik mijn fiets had gekocht was er een onderdeel stuk gegaan tijdens het fietsen. Hierdoor was ik erg gefrustreerd, echter nadat ik langs kwam repareerde hij het diezelfde dag nog en kon ik mijn fiets de volgende dag weer komen ophalen in herstelde conditie. Als u opzoek bent naar een fietsenmaker die punctueel en sympathiek is naast de goede service die hij biedt, bent u hier op de juiste plek! Very good experience when buying a bike! I just started as a student at the hotel school in The Hague and was looking for a bicycle. Then I came across this bicycle shop/maker. The owner is a very sympathetic man who clearly keeps his words when he promises something. A week after I bought my bike, a part broke while cycling. This made me very frustrated, but after I came by he repaired it that same day and I was able to pick up my bike the next day in recovered condition. If you are looking for a bicycle mechanic who is punctual and sympathetic in addition to the good service he offers, you have come to the right place!

Unbeknownst to us at the time, we were going to use it. One of the bikes had a lingering issue that in the end required a full brake system change. This was taken care of without any charge and within a day's work. The owner is "top"; we will be back for any bike purchase/service needs we may have down the road. Supporting local stores is now more important than ever!

We had to return to fix something after a week, and they managed it on the spot. If you want a quality and personal service, then I would definetely recommend this cycle shop

He did it quick and he did it well. He's also a bit funny. I have no complaints, my experience was 100% positive. Definitely would recommend.
