★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refreshingly polite and helpful. When you think customer care and customer service no longer exist, please visit this shop. The staff were professional, no hard sales, totally clued up, friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. I’ll never want to enter another bike shop again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shop . I bought there chain and chain tool , the tool brake after one day , they didnt wanna switch for new one even i have bon and also afterall they charge 12.50 for put only chain on . Amateur people work there and try to charge for everything . Worst shop in the Hague .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bicycles store. They have a showroom with a great mix of bicycles and a good amount of accessoires for your road trips. Electric, non electric, mountain bikes and family bicycles. I purchased 2 bikes in the past and I have my bicycles under maintenance there. Friendly, professional, honest and decent staff. All of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything you need and more. Super service and they go over and out to repair your bike. In my case I was in a car accident and it ruined my gear. They gave me an estimated price and day, but managed to get it all done on the same day at the estimated price. They tightened my brakes oiled my chains at no extra cost, purely becaue they really seem to love what they do! Perfectly priced, great service! Dont't know why I ever went anywhere else! Keep it up!

A super nice guy helped me with picking a bike and advised me on the best biking practices in the Netherlands, which was useful as I just arrived to the country. Unfortunately the name slipped my head but I believe it was Laurens or something close to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have phoned today the service place and I wanted to make an appointment for service my bicycle that I bought. In essence the response was: "Did you buy a bicycle via the Internet? What kind of bike? ... Ohhh, that's a German bike. We don't service anything what you bought on-line. Anyways, we are full till the end of August. You may have better luck with other shops." Great service. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I got a bike there, they took well care of me as a customer.
I got some questions that were answer very clear and direct, the seller took all the time to be sure I was confortable. The prices are also very good. Through Internet its possible to find a bit cheaper prices in some online stores but you must pay for the check separately and at the end you pay the same or more than buying the bike in here where the first check is for free and the second has a big discount.
I'm really happy with the service and of course let's see with time but for now I couldn't have had a better experience.
