Sells "unlimited" internet but gives you 5gb a day. if you want more, press a button in their app, which is every 2 minutes if you're watching movies. This also disconnects the internet. This is the same for all customers, not just me. Avoid this company.

The customer service is so difficult to get through to here. Waiting for well over a hour on hold or "being transferred to someone that can make order changes". The AMP group they use for delivery is awful as I'd call tele2 and they'd tell me AMP can help me and they can't then AMP will say they can't do anything and just got sent back and forth. Tele2 said they can't deliver with any other company than AMP and you can't pick it up anywhere so I had to get a day off work so I could receive the order and sign for it. Would avoid this company due to the very unresponsive and unhelpful customer service and being forced to use AMP.

Update: I finally was able to get help from Tele2's community forum about the problem I had where Tele2 was still charging me after I left the Netherlands. Tele2 has a web page where I was able to upload the confirmation from Den Haag that I was no longer registered as a resident there. Once Tele2 received that confirmation, they stopped charging me for the time I was not there. I wish Tele2 had better support than just phone calls, and this would not have been a problem had Tele2 simply sent me an email asking me to upload that document to their web page. But at least I was finally able to figure out why they were behaving so strangely. Original review: Still charging me after I closed my account. I sold my apartment in September and left the Netherlands the same day. I had already cancelled my Tele2 TV and Internet service and sent my cable modem and TV box back. Tele2 said that since they need 30 days notice to cancel, that I would be billed through early October. Fine. So my last bill from October was just for a few days at the beginning of the month. Now in November, Tele2 has started billing me again, this time for November! I have no address, no service, and none of their cable boxes anymore. So Tele2 is charging me for no service. This is not right. Tele2, you told me my service would end in early October. So why the F are you charging me for November? I actually liked their service. Now I would not recommend it to anyone. Do not use Tele2.

Worst experience with Tele2. I hate to make this bad review because the costumer service was very friendly, however considering the situation, I have to complaint. I bought a new phone a week before a promotional offer ended. I made the decision based on that offer. Of course we are in the middle of corona and therefore I can only order phones and not go inside a store to simply pick it up after signing a contract. While preparing th contract Tele2 is requiring you to present an identitification document and code to show the deliver. What they fail to provide is the option to enter a non Dutch identification. I have a German passport but cannot enter my details due to the websites technical faults. Since nothing was applicable to me I selected EU residence because at least that I can proof with my passport since Germany is within the EU. Anyways the delivery man from a partner company of TELE2 called AMP Groep did not give me the phone because the identification was not Dutch. After bringing this up to both companies, and explaining that I cannot make a new order due to the technical faults of the website and also because I would lose on the promotion, they simply say sorry and didn't bring up any solution. I wish Tele2 would care more about foreigners and at least fix the issue instead of only offering you to terminate a contact.

With the service they provide, they're basically a scam who pretends to be a real company. Paid for a phone on the Tele2 website months back, still cannot receive my order: the customer service says the cannot help and the delivery simply has no contacts at all and just does not deliver the order despite a scheduled appointment.

The worst provider ever! I have no connection in my work so I wanted to change the provider. I've talked to Tele2 at least 10 times, they say on the phone that I can switch to another provider because it's a technical problem that they can't solve and then they send me a message that I actually have to keep paying for something I can't use. I have no words!!!!

Horrible experience. I tried to switch from my previous mobile provider to tele2 keeping my old phone number. Tele2 didn't manage to transfer my phone number (I had to switch on another provider) and even more after a couple of months I got a bill to pay for the Tele2 subscription. I spent all my 200 bundle minutes from the current provider on the Tele2 support waiting for someone to help me. Next month I continued calling Tele2 support, and I was lucky to reach a person who canceled the useless contract with no refund, and even after that I got another final bill from Tele2. So, what can I say …
