U	U D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine gute Laden. Bei Vertrag Verlängerung muss ich 680 Euro für iPhone bezahlen . Gleiche Handy bei Media Markt ohne Vertrag 780 Euro . Habe 4 Verträge hier . Leider alle muss ich kündigen . Not a good store. If the contract is extended, I have to pay 680 euros for the iPhone. Same cell phone at Media Markt without a contract 780 euros. Got 4 contracts here. Unfortunately I have to quit all of them.

Der Mitarbeiter hat sich richtig bemüht das beste Angebot für Mich zu suchen. Klasse! Great contact point! Advice 1A & detailed! Better conditions in the new contract than other Telekom shops in the area. The employee really tried hard to find the best offer for me. Class!

Für mich der erste Telekom Mitarbeiter, der mir wirklich geholfen hat, helfen konnte und vor allem auch wollte!!! Hab ja schon nicht mehr dran geglaubt das es sowas gibt! Sehr freundlich!!! Dafür hat sich der Weg nach Alsdorf gelohnt!!!! Vielen lieben Dank nochmal Herr Blum!! Super great service and advice from Mr. Torsten Blum !!!!!! For me the first Telekom employee who really helped me, was able to help and, above all, wanted to! Didn't believe that there was such a thing! Very friendly!!! Der Mitarbeiter am 20.11. war sehr freundlich und hat sich auch sehr viel Zeit genommen obwohl einige Personen gewartet haben. Hier wird Beratung sehr groß geschrieben Got very good advice on a new fixed line connection and also concluded it directly. The employee on November 20 was very friendly and took a lot of time even though some people were waiting. Advice is very important here
A	Al Ex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Service. Kaputter Router wird aus Gründen von schlicht und ergreifend kein Bock nicht umgetauscht. Laut Hotline hätte der Mitarbeiter den Router umsonst umtauschen MÜSSEN!!!! Der andere Verkäufer führt dann lieber Privatgespräche. Morgens eine Stunde in der Hotline die sagen da hinfahren und tauschen sofort um und danach nochmal Warteschleife. Der an der Hotline war ziemlich sauer darüber. Bad service. Broken router is simply not exchanged for reasons of simply no bock. According to the hotline, the employee should have had to exchange the router for free !!!! The other seller prefers to have private conversations. One hour in the morning on the hotline they say go there and swap immediately and then wait again. The one on the hotline was pretty upset about it.

Einrichtung Smartphone war nebenbei auch kein Thema I'm super satisfied, now even have a cheaper rate than before. Here there are solutions for the customer and all-round service.
