★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naar aanleiding van een klacht over een Tempur "Cloud" matras kwam Barry bij ons thuis om de klacht te bepreken. De klacht werd gegrond verklaard en Tempur verving het matras onder garantie. We kregen advies over de boxspring (ander merk) die onder het matras lag om deze te vervangen om problemen in de toekomst met een nieuw matras te voorkomen. In de winkel hebben we diverse matrassen uitgeprobeerd en besloten een andere soort en een dikker matras te nemen. We hebben gekozen voor een Zero G400 bedbodem in combinatie met een "Original" 25cm dik matras. Een uitstekende keuze! Inmiddels slapen we al 3 weken helemaal super. Barry heeft ons goede adviezen gegeven en ons alle mogelijkheden laten proberen zodat we een weloverwogen keuze hebben gemaakt.
Following a complaint about a Tempur "Cloud" mattress, Barry came to our home to discuss the complaint. The complaint was upheld and Tempur replaced the mattress under warranty. We were advised on the box spring (other brand) that was under the mattress to replace it to avoid future problems with a new mattress. In the store we tried several mattresses and decided to use a different type and a thicker mattress. We chose a Zero G400 bed base in combination with an "Original" 25cm thick mattress. An excellent choice! We have been sleeping perfectly for 3 weeks now. Barry gave us good advice and let us try all options so that we made an informed choice.

En in de outlet krijg je uiteindelijk voor een sterke prijs wat je nodig bent. En dan pas wat je echt beleefd als je de eerste nacht hebt geslapen op jouw nieuwe Tempur… Echt een aanrader.
A store where you get the time to extensively test, compare and get information about these certainly not cheap mattresses. Very calm and relaxed atmosphere. And in the outlet you eventually get what you need for a strong price. And then what you really experience when you have slept the first night on your new Tempur… Highly recommended.
