L	Leon Harms on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erg fijne manier van kamperen! Je kunt je auto lekker aan wal laten en zelf een plek op de welke camping dan ook uitkiezen. Prima geregeld! Alleen de kopjes waren wel een beetje vies. Very nice way of camping! You can leave your car ashore and choose your own place on the campsite. Well arranged! Only the cups were a bit dirty.

De jongens die de tent kwamen opzetten en afbreken zijn echte vakmannen en probeerden er op elke mogelijke manier aan bij te dragen dat wij een topvakantie hadden! Well organised! reserve a tent and on arrival at Terschelling everything was fully furnished and ready, ideal! The boys who came to set up and dismantle the tent are real craftsmen and tried to contribute in every way possible to having a fantastic holiday!

Helemaal top Immediately the same day, the tent was already erected, after we had slept in our own leaky tent overnight. 10.00 am called. The tent was up at 17:00! Absolutely great

We staan op boerderij Spanjer waar het verder heerlijk is. De tent...tsja.... Compleet is het alles behalve. Er is het e.e.a. stuk of oud aan de inboedel. Koelbox zonder koelelementen, oude pannen, niet een extra bak of ruime kom. Een bestekbak díe aan vervanging toe is. Parasol voor 1 week a 15 euro, kwaliteit is om te huilen. Eiland is wind, zorg voor n stevige parasol! Ik ben bekend met het huren van ingerichte tenten, juist omdat het fijn is dat je niet alles hoeft mee te nemen. De bedden zijn ook echt niet gezond. Dan bel ik om mijn teleurstelling uit te spreken en wordt niet gehoord. Het komt neer op ruimte gebrek bij de verhuurder. Dat vind ik erg jammer. Ik ga niet meer van jullie huren, vooral om wat jullie leveren beneden maat is en ik ook niet serieus genomen wordt. Groeten familie Canu. Dear Primakamp administrator (s). We have rented a fully equipped tent for 1 week for more than 250 euros. We are on the Spanjer farm, where it is otherwise wonderful. The tent ... well .... It is anything but complete. There is some piece or old of the furniture. Cool box without cooling elements, old pans, not an extra bowl or large bowl. A cutlery tray that needs to be replaced. Parasol for 1 week at 15 euros, quality is enough to cry. Island is windy, provide a sturdy parasol! I am familiar with renting furnished tents, precisely because it is nice that you do not have to bring everything with you. The beds are really not healthy. Then I call to express my disappointment and is not heard. It comes down to a lack of space at the landlord. I find that very unfortunate. I am not going to rent from you anymore, mainly because what you deliver is substandard and I am not taken seriously. Greetings family Canu.
I	Idsard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We kwamen de eerste dag aan in een half kapotte tent en meldden dat aan de aanwezige primakamp medewerkers. Ze zeiden dat alles prima was, verder ontbrak er bij aankomst wat bestek. Ook bleek dat de tent door de vorige bewoners kapot was gemaakt en de die hadden het proberen te fixen. Bij ons kwam het desbetreffende stuk weer los en we meldden dit telefonisch aan primakamp. Nadat we weer thuis waren kregen we een mail dat we de tent compleet vernield achter hebben gelaten. Dit tot grote verbazing van ons, we kregen onze borg van €100 dan ook niet terug. Na wat doorvragen hoorden we van anderen dat die ook met dezelfde problemen ook van borg werden beroofd. Na via de mail beklag gedaan te hebben werden al onze verklaringen over de gesprekken met de medewerkers als fictief beschouwd en zijn we ongehoord behandeld. Mij zul je niet meer terugzien in een van deze tenten. The first day we arrived in a half-broken tent and reported this to the Prima camp employees present. After complaining by email, all of our statements regarding employee conversations were considered fictitious and we were treated unheard of. You will not see me again in one of these tents.

De service is top, we hadden wat extra spullen bijbesteld en het werd snel geleverd door vriendelijk personeel. De tent zelf vonden we misschien wat donker en de tent had al wat jaartjes achter de rug, maar dat is puur esthetisch. De inboedel is niet hip of even strak, maar wel compleet. Het is natuurlijk wel kamperen en geen glamping. De borg is snel teruggekomen, alles is netjes en vlot afgehandeld. Aanrader dus voor mensen die willen kamperen en niet zelf met spullen willen sjouwen of die eens willen proberen of kamperen iets voor hen is. Recommended for campers. The tent held up well, even during the strong wind and rain. The service is top notch, we had ordered some extra stuff and it was delivered quickly by friendly staff. We thought the tent itself might be a bit dark and the tent had been around for a few years, but that is purely aesthetic. The furniture is not hip or as sleek, but complete. It is of course camping and not glamping. The deposit was returned quickly, everything was handled neatly and smoothly. Recommended for people who want to camp and don't want to lug things around themselves or who want to try whether camping is something for them.
H	Henriet Haan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De tent en inventaris huren we al jaren van primakamp. De tent heeft zelf al een complete inrichting met slaapmatjes, stoelen, kookstelletje en bestek/borden. Zelf huren we er er nog extra materiaal bij, zoals een koelbox. Prima service, vriendelijke mensen en snelle reactie op mailcontact tijdens de vakantie. Maar die parasol…. Dat is een jaarlijks terugkerende frustratie. Die is alleen geschikt voor een dag met windkracht 1 of minder. Evenals de parasol voet. Hopelijk wordt die nog een keer vervangen door wat deugdelijkers. We have been renting the tent and inventory from Primakamp for years. The tent itself already has a complete set-up with sleeping mats, chairs, cooking set and cutlery/plates. We also rent additional equipment, such as a cool box. Excellent service, friendly people and quick response to email contact during the holidays. But that umbrella…. That is an annual recurring frustration. It is only suitable for a day with wind force 1 or less. As well as the parasol base. Hopefully it will be replaced by something more decent.
A	Annet B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a tent at the festival Oeral, from 3pm we could arrive. One of our friends arrived at 3pm but the tent was not ready. We talked to someone of primakamp on the campsite, promising us that at 5pm the tent would be ready. At 5 the rest of us arrived, the tent still dirty and not ready. Besides that, we had no (!) mats instead of the promised 6 mats (we were 6!). So we called the primakamp office: closed.. we decided to wait longer (while going for dinner) expecting the tent to be ready when we came back. When we were back at 9pm the tent was still dirty and still NO air mattresses... So we asked the campsite and they made sure a guy would come over with the mats: he did...and how: not apologising but angry the guy said that we arrived too early and that we had a lot already, cutlery, two chairs, etc. He did not understand why he had to arrive at this late time in the evening. He gave us the feeling that we were just whining and that we were at fault. Eventually he fixed everything but we did expect different service as this was not service worthy. However there were plus points: -the tent itself was perfect and that mattresses slept well - we liked that we had a thermos flask to keep tea warm.
