De monteur die aan jouw wagon sleutelt die persoonlijk met je komt overleggen wat hij wil gaan doen zonder arrogantie en afstand! Tussendoor nog een leuk gesprek over de nieuwe S. Nice. Awesome. What a Valhalla compared to Amsterdam. Service and customer-friendliness are still number one here. The mechanic who works on your wagon who will personally discuss with you what he wants to do without arrogance and distance! In between, a nice conversation about the new S. nice.

Kon er op wachten en de wagen meteen weer meenemen. What a nice branch in Purmerend. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and only speak Dutch. I was here for a recall. Could wait for it and take the car back immediately.

Ook kan je hier uiteraard de nieuwe modellen zien. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, je kan hier wachten op je service aan je auto, maar als je weg moet in die anderhalf uur is een fiets die je kan lenen wel prettig. Je krijgt namelijk een auto pas mee als je een service hebt die langer duurt. Dus willen jullie die 5e ster, graag een elektrische fiets te leen wanneer je moet wachten. En helaas de tijd niet hebt. L	Leendert Saarloos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had mijn pas gekochte Tesla Model S uit 2015 aangemeld i.v.m. een storing aan een van de sensoren voor de bandenspanning. Ik maakte daarvoor een afspraak en ontving de mededeling dat Tesla de chip wilde upgraden en dat ik de auto daarvoor 's ochtends zou kunnen inleveren en 's avonds weer ophalen. 's Middags bleek dat het upgraden nog aan de gang was en niet voor de vrijdagavond klaar zou zijn. Tesla Purmerend bood aan om de auto de volgende maandag bij mij thuis in Badhoevedorp af te leveren. Inmiddels was gebleken dat de sensor niet defect was, maar dat alle 4 de banden onvoldoende op spanning stonden. Dat was hersteld. Kosten van deze hele operatie: € 0,00. Ik vind dat een enorme service! I had registered my recently purchased Tesla Model S from 2015 due to a malfunction of one of the tire pressure sensors. I made an appointment for this and received the message that Tesla wanted to upgrade the chip and that I could return the car in the morning and pick it up again in the evening. In the afternoon it turned out that the upgrade was still in progress and would not be ready before Friday evening. Tesla Purmerend offered to deliver the car to my home in Badhoevedorp the following Monday. In the meantime it had turned out that the sensor was not defective, but that all 4 tires were insufficiently inflated. That was fixed. Cost of this entire operation: € 0.00. I think that's a great service!

Totdat er in 2020 een nieuw filiaal in Purmerend open ging. Zeer klantvriendelijke medewerkers die ALTIJD hun best doen om je z.g.a.m. te helpen. Zowel aan de balie als de technische medewerkers. Een enorm verschil met Amsterdam. Maar gelukkig hoef ik daar niet meer heen :-). With my Model X from 2018 I went to Amsterdam a few times in the beginning. Those experiences were rarely positive. Until a new branch opened in Purmerend in 2020. Very customer-friendly employees who ALWAYS do their best to help you as quickly as possible. to assist. Both at the counter and the technical staff. A huge difference with Amsterdam. But luckily I don't have to go there anymore :-).
