★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend to make any appointment with this clinic! Especially,do not paid online infront. I have made appointment for PCR test one week infront. The clinic says there is a possibility to cancel the test 24h before day of testing and money will be refunded. I canceled my test appointment 6 days infront. Never got my money back. I wrote emails,which were not answered,i was calling multiple times which was also not answered. After some time i successfully made contact with the clinic by email and phone calls,they were apologizing and promising the money will be send. After two more weeks i didnt received any refund,Max from Testclinic said his accountant is doing this things for him and money will be send. Of course,it has been 4 (!) months and no refund was made. Clinic has not been answering since. Really poor customer service and scam for money.
