★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al meerdere fietsen hier gekocht, en telkens weer super geholpen. De vriendelijkheid is top maar de service is fenomenaal. Echt een aanrader. Zo zie je het tegenwoordig niet vaak meer.
 Already bought several bicycles here, and always helped super. The friendliness is top notch but the service is phenomenal. Really recommended. You don't see it that often anymore these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds een jaar onze vaste fietsenmaker. We zijn steeds heel vriendelijk en meestal ook snel geholpen. Dat ze het soms druk hebben, snap ik heel goed! Ze leveren prima werk voor schappelijke en duidelijke prijzen.
Our regular bicycle repairer for a year now. We are always very friendly and usually helped quickly. I understand very well that they are sometimes busy! They do an excellent job for reasonable and clear prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst bicycle shop you will ever find. This is already the second time I have had terrible experience with the shop. I asked to change a footstand and had waited one and half week for the shop to order it. In the end, it did not fit my bike. The man there did not even apologize or showed embarrassment. Very unprofessional and ill-mannered. The first experience with them was I ordered a specific branded part, but the shop installed another without notice. Twice is enough for me. Never going back there again. I hope the shop reads this and that their business plummets like their butt cheeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go to this shop! Very dishonest shop. I changed both tyres (37-622) for my ordinary city bike and ordered to have CST brand. Took them 4 days to do so, and as a result, I was charged with 108.40 Euros for a "Chaoyang' and "Vredestein" tyres. Firstly, those were not the ones I had requested, and I was not informed before he put these unwanted tyres on my bike. Secondly, they are very much over-priced! I found the same tyre on bol.com for 19 euro, but they ripped me off for 39.95 for a Chaoyang! I went back to ask about the billing. He promised he would check the price and phone me back. Of course, he never did....
