★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a 1 star review. For anything. Ever. I gave them 2 stars as the product itself actually seems really good. My primary issue is their customer service and account management - which, when combined, could well be the 10th circle of hell that Dante forgot to write about... Dealing with Textkernel has been an exhausting and absurd experience that has cost us both time and money. From transferring ownership of our account without informing us, billing us at the same time as their partner company (resulting in us chasing refunds), zero communications - other than automated threats of debt collectors, despite us paying their partner company for the service. Beyond boring, to say the least. Part of me wanted to be understanding, as they seem to have had some sort of organisational restructure, but I drew the line when one of their staff members shared our private email trail with a competing recruitment agency. In summary - seemingly good product, supported by the account management style of Timmy Mallett.
