It is very obvious that Ananda is passionate about her work, and that she cares a lot about her clients. She spends a lot of time analyzing exactly what you need, not only for your training, but also to help you sleep better, better diet and getting the correct supplements. My job involves traveling a lot, changing time zones and shift work. So what was important for me was a program I could use in any basic hotel gym. One of the greatest points I take away from this is the accuracy and the timing of the exercises that Ananda introduces. It helps me avoid back pain and strengthens the core. Finally I would like to emphasize her positive personality and all her effort and time spend making a program that will work for you!

Working with Ananda has been life changing. My family has a history of diabetes and she sat down with me and helped me find a diet that works for me and has completely changed the way I eat. She doesn't just help you get in great shape, she really helps you live a better life. On top of that, she's always smiling and gives you her full attention during every session. Best investment I ever made! I never thought that I'd actually really enjoy working out until I started with Ananda! It's been a great and fun experience so far to be motivated by her. She knows my limits much better than me and also knows when to push me when I need to be ;-) By training with her I didn't only get my energy back, but I also changed my lifestyle for the better! Besides training, she also gives me other health advice that help me improve my focus at work and feel good being more active in my daily life. I have had so much problems with getting myself in shape and I really needed someone who was able to not only provide me with a good workout plan, but also knowledge about everything nutrition and getting healthy. My first meeting with Ananda showed me what a fun and open person she is, and really made me feel comfortable in sharing my main problems and concerns. She gave me in debt information about diet and also how to optimize your result. Whenever I need her, she is there to help and to share her knowledge with me. Finally I am enjoying getting healthy and I can already see the results in not only my body but also my mindset.

I had never liked to exercise. In fact, I had never entered a gym in my life. I have decided to reach out for help after feeling unhappy with my body, my energy levels and the number I saw on the scale. Ananda is helping me with a bunch of things. From nutrition and the actual exercises, to how to manage stress and anxiety at work. Ananda is extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. In addition, she is a great listener, always available to answer all my questions and doubts. After training with Ananda for 3 months, I can now say that I have not only achieved my weight goal, but I have completly changed my lifestyle. And, to my surprise, I actually enjoy training and I'm now exploring new activities!

I work out at the same Gym where Ananda works as a personal trainer, and though I don’t have a personal trainer myself, I’m blown away by the changes I see in her clients. It’s incredible. Week by week, not only do I watch people become trimmer, healthier and stronger, but almost more importantly, I see people becoming more confident, walk taller and really step into who they are. As a teacher myself I know what it means to walk with people, truly care and encourage growth, both internally and externally, and that’s what I love about watching her training sessions. Over several months I have had the pleasure of getting to know Ananda and several of her clients, and watching her passion and positivity turn into theirs is infectious.
