Somehow the restaurant managed the order of the drink on a tablet but the food is impossible to order the same way. A bit inconsistent and inconvenient. We ordered Taco but it wasn’t that nice, the chicken was very dried and cold, not tasty but fresh avocado and looking very presentative. I would not order that again. Pork shank was too much fat around it but the meat was super soft. However, it got cold so fast. the mac and cheese and the pork shank were on the pan but perhaps it was not pre heated properly for the purpose of keeping it warm. The mango passion smoothie was full of ice and syrup. Doesn’t taste natural at all. I did not expect that... Looking forward to visit the restaurant another time with a solution to keep the food warm.
I	I Bal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I am not complaining easily but here is why I gave only 2 stars. I accidentally dropped my full drink, tipped it over on the table. They use cheap glasses so the glass broke, cutting my finger. So far ok, I was clumsy. Not only was I not offered another drink, I wasn't even asked if I wanted one. When I finally asked for one, I found out in the end I was charged for it. I know there is no rule for offering the customer a drink, but this is the first time I spilled my drink in any restaurant and wasn't offered a courtesy refill. I won't be going back. Plus the food is absolutely not worth the prices. Not bad, but it's nothing more than an upscaled fast food experience. The stuff is very friendly and helpful I have to give them that.
R	Reynaldo Navarro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, the food and the drinks are awesome here always. However for me is kind of stressful in some way. Music very loud, very dark atmosphere and besides you have to order and pay through a unique iPad that you have in the table. For a couple ordering is a fun experience, but imagine a group of 5/6 people. It's tiring just waiting until you get the device. Also we had an issue with a dish not coming. Of course using technology means less people around the tables, so difficult to complain or to ask for the payment when we can not pay through the Dutch payment method.

S	Stephan Pire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. 100% like the US restaurant. Mozzarella sticks are the best. Milkshakes are great too. 100% ordering from the tablet. Easy parking thanks to the mall and the TGV train station. A great stop on your way to or from Amsterdam.
R	RiNax on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super disappointed in this TGIF in Utrecht. We once went to the TGIF in Malmö and we where happy to find one in the Netherlands. Sadly it was almost a total waste of time and money. At first: The personell and service was great! As starter we ordered the "Boneless Garlic Parmesan Bites" - those where amazing! But then it went down hill... We got the "Monster Burger", the "Fridays Signature Burger" and the "Cowboy Burger" - they all looked awesome but they where dry, like REALLY dry. The patties where super compact and not juicy at all. After Malmö we where so stoked to get amazing burgers but that was the complete opposite :( As side dishes we got fries and sweet-potatoe fries - they where lukewarm and had no salt on them... (there was also no salt at the table..) Luckily the dessert was as good as expected: the "S'MOREO Extreme Shake" - lovely decorated and yummy! Sadly an amazing service and dessert ain't enough to satisfy a stoked and hungry customer so that's a 2-Star experience for us.
D	Dhanya Babu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Friday's lunch and had a nice time! The staff was friendly and welcoming and the food was good. We did feel quite a few dishes were pricey, but with the lunch deal menu, it was reasonable. We will definitely be going back.

However, the last time we went they had raise the price to 6 euros and it was not prepared as well as it used to. Food was tasty but I would avoid the red velvet cake. It was very dry and did not taste very nice.
