★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The line was long. The staff was rude. The döner was low quality. Not even talking about the undercooked soggy chips! The sambal wasn't spicy at all. And the worst part is that we were forced to get off our seats twice so a large trolly of supplies could pass us... Either don't make chairs at that side of the store or don't move stock when you're open, but this is annoying as hell!
I didn't have a high expectation, because the majority of döner company "restaurants" are bad. But this one is straight up terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a good place to get food, over the years it's just become horrible. Prizes doubled, portions halved.
Staff isn't great either, today I ordered a Turkish pizza and the guy put like 3 onion slices on one side of the pizza, did not bother to add more or to spread it out. He barely put any of the other toppings on it and rolled the aluminum up inside it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to the Utrecht Central station branch and I have to say it was the worst turkish pizza with meat I ever ate. The pizza was old and there was very little meat. Its mass production, without love for taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not Corona proof. No one wears a mask, there is close contact with customers. The counter looks very dirty. Portion size was small and the personnel was very rude. Definitely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only reason I think this place, all Döner company's basicly, is because they fast and the food is just ok, but what can go wrong with heating some bread, wrap, pizza and put some warm meat with saled on it.
They are convienent and in my opinion that's the only reason they survive. Never a friendly staf always just storming thru, like they rather have no contact with custemors but they have to. Utrecht centraal location defently not a friendly staf.
