At my last appointment, where I had booked again my usual 90 min time, I got first of all just roughly 70 min, but had to pay the full price, because the owner wanted to show a new client, who booked shorter time, my results of the firming massage like I m some sort of circus horse. Both is for me unacceptable and although I was happy with the previous massages, I will not return.
