There was simply no effort at the part of the cook to even add the basic salt and pepper while preping the fish... it felt they took a fish out of Jumbo (not sea or fish market as there was no fresh taste in the flesh of the fish) put it in oil and straight to my plate.... how can someone be so careless about cooking for customers really escapes me
L	Lion Flachbart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ate at the four seasons in september 2017. The restaurant was very clean and tidy and the waiter was well-mannered and fast. I enjoyed the diamond steak (medium) with fries, vegetables and salad and my wife really liked the traditional dutch apple pancake and my side dishes. Absolute recommendation if you want to eat well prepared food in a calm, comfortable surrounding. We will come back when we visit Callantsoog again.

I told the Service, that my Menu was not very good and he told me, that it‘s not his problem! This Restaurant stole time of my life, with waiting for drinks and attacks my stomach with the worst „food“ I have ever seen! I‘m so sad, that I have to give them a star!

As soon as we entered we received a very warm welcome and were shown to our table and given our menus. We ordered drinks which arrived right away then ordered our food, which we received within 15 minutes! It does not look great from the outside but as we say in England - "Don't judge a book by it's cover". The food, atmosphere and service was brilliant. We will definitely come back next time we're in Callantsoog and I highly recommend it to anyone.
