โ โ โ โ โ Bij binnenkomst gelijk grote mond van de eigenaar, kan niet fatsoenlijk klanten te woord staan, waardoor je niet verder komt dan de drempel en niets liever wil dan heeeel graag weer rechtsomkeert maken!

Wij zijn geen ruilwinkel he ? Kreeg ik naar mijn hoofd geslingerd. Hij deed het uiteindelijk.
Maar sympathiek ? Neen, daar kan ik deze man niet bedelen.

What an unkind staff. Customer is king is certainly not an issue here. Here they feel that they are more important than their customers.

โ โ โ โ โ Wat een nare man die eigenaar!. Ik vroeg vriendelijk of ze ook slaapmaskers verkochten. Nee! Leg maar een theedoek op je hoofd kreeg ik naar me toe geslingerd.
Daarna heb ik hem woest aangekeken en ben zonder ook nog maar iets te zeggen de winkel uitgelopen!
Bizar dat je zo een winkel kan runnen als je zo met je klanten omgaat. ?
