β β β β β We had a good corporate cooking class for eight people as teambuilding exercise, facilitated by cook Mark. Ingredients were fresh and very good quality. Coaching was solid and with a touch of humor. Timing and pace good as well, three courses in three hours (18:30-21:30). Good wine pairings were provided although the quality of the wine could have been higher relative to the pricepoint. Dishes were washed for us. Overall a very successful event.

β β β β β What an absolute blast! Highly recommended for anybody looking to kill two birds with one stone, great source of group entertainment with a lovely meal at the end (if you don't mess it up). The chef's/hosts are great, accommodating and funny who will also assist if you mess up a bit.
