I have nothing with it. But still 4 stars because in the past I couldn't even breathe because of the heavy odor overdose and that's just gone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Door deze body shop ben ik helemaal afgekickt van de body shop. Daar waar ik elke maand euro's uitgaf aan dit winkelketen, bestel ik nu af en toe online. De vrouw in de winkel is gewoon onaardig. Voor de rest heeft de body shop fijne producten.
Because of this body shop I completely kicked out of the body shop. Where I spent euros every month on this retail chain, I now occasionally order online. The woman in the store is just unkind. The body shop also has great products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldig geholpen door winkel personeel! Super producten. Bij thuiskomst toch niet happy met veels te duur make-up borstel. Volgende dag ONGEOPEND en met kassa-bon terug gebracht. Wat blijkt? Je krijgt je geld NIET terug. Je mag alleen ruilen of op cadeaupasjezetten! Dit beleidt krijgt van mij een dikke nul. Volgende keer kopen via de website want daar krijg je je geld wel terug!
Great help from shop staff! Super products. Not happy when I return home with a way too expensive make-up brush. Next day UNOPENED and returned with receipt. What seems? You will NOT get your money back. You can only trade or put on a gift card! This policy gets a big zero from me. Buy next time through the website because you will get your money back!
