Het is eens een keer geen boekhouder die voor elke zucht factureert, maar er een van het kaliber die een correcte balans tussen vraag en aanbod biedt. Simon en Selin zijn mijn 'unit', zij zitten altijd bovenop iedere vraag die ik stel en hun uitleg is altijd meer dan duidelijk. Ik kan iedere ondernemer, klein of groot en op afstand of niet, The Bookie meer dan aanbevelen. Super. I have been affiliated with The Bookie for about 2.3 years now and have nothing but praise for their service, communication and handling. For once it is not an accountant who bills for every sigh, but one of the caliber that offers a correct balance between supply and demand. Simon and Selin are my 'unit', they are always on top of every question I ask and their explanation is always more than clear. I can more than recommend The Bookie to any entrepreneur, small or large and remote or not. Super.

I love love love hun online boekhoudprogramma, wat voor mij heel gebruiksvriendelijk en intuïtief werkt, en mij ook nog eens - controlfreak die ik ben - elk moment dat ik wil een overzicht geeft van hoe ik er financieel voor sta. De app waarmee je bonnen kunt inscannen is ook top, want daar heb ik er als cateraar nogal veel van ;) Maar ook bij andere uitgaven hebben ze me regelmatig van handig advies voorzien, bijv. bij de aanschaf van een tweedehands auto op de zaak, aftrekken van kosten van cursussen ter uitbreiding van mijn professionele skills, bonnen die ik per ongeluk in een verkeerde kosten-categorie had gezet en nog veel meer. Daar bovenop komt nog eens dat het stuk voor stuk, voor zover ik nu ze ken, echt hele lieve en professionele mensen zijn, waar ik graag contact mee heb. Ik heb ook met veel plezier deelgenomen aan een serie gratis workshops op hun Ondernemersdag, waar ik weer veel tips en tricks aan heb overgehouden. Op mijn beurt had ik dan weer voor alle Bookie medewerkers en andere aanwezigen vegan carrotcake muffins meegenomen, wat het geheel tot een hele gezellige dag maakte. Ik kan The Bookie echt van harte aanraden! Ik wil niet meer anders :-) I've been a customer at The Bookie for three years, from day 1 of my company, and they really helped me on all fronts as bookkeepers. I love love love their online accounting program, which is very user-friendly and intuitive for me, and also gives me - control freak that I am - an overview of my financial position any time I want. The app with which you can scan receipts is also great, because as a caterer I have quite a lot of them;) But they also regularly provided me with useful advice for other expenses, for example when buying a second-hand car at the company deducting costs of courses to expand my professional skills, receipts that I accidentally put in the wrong cost category and much more. On top of that, all of them, as far as I know them now, are really very nice and professional people, whom I like to have contact with. I also enjoyed participating in a series of free workshops on their Entrepreneurs Day, which gave me a lot of tips and tricks. In turn, I brought vegan carrot cake muffins for all Bookie employees and other attendees, which made it a very pleasant day. I can truly recommend The Bookie! I don't want anything else anymore :-)

Hun stijl van communicatie is altijd super duidelijk en vooral ook persoonlijk, je bent geen nummer! Wat ik heel prettig vind is dat ze altijd bereikbaar zijn, zowel telefonisch als per mail, en je dus nooit lang op een antwoord hoeft te wachten. Een toegankelijk en gezellig team! 10/10 would recommend! I have been with The Bookie with my company since the end of 2018 and I am still very satisfied. Their style of communication is always super clear and above all personal, you are not a number! What I really like is that they are always available, both by phone and by email, so you never have to wait long for an answer. An approachable and friendly team! 10/10 would recommend!

My company is still a rather small one so, while I had to adjust my internal, very manual Excel file with my accounting data to their own format (something expected), the whole process was fairly smooth and professional, and they answered all my doubts and questions (I learned a few things!). It took a bit longer then I hoped (but then again I reached out very late) and we kept to all official deadlines. Their price was also rather competitive and they did it all in English (something essential for me), with very good response times. I am very happy so far with The Bookie and I will have no problem going back to them next year or recommending them to other ZZPers and small companies like mine.

I needed an accountant as the bank required a financial report for my mortgage application and I also needed help with my income tax, which was a bit of hassle as income from living abroad had to be takin into account. My Bookie was fast, friendly and very professional (not in white-collar way… but nice) I very much recommend this place.
