NH Utrecht - Jaarbeursplein 24

I've been here almost 100 times without a single issue or complaint, and it definitely is my favourite hotel in Utrecht. Actually it's the only one where I can't complain about anything. The location is perfect - walking distance from the main station, and the view from the room windows, especially on the higher floors, pleases eyes. The staff is kind, well-trained and pleasant, even when you arrive to check in very late at night. Rooms are clean, spacious enough and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. Breakfast is pure pleasure with great choice of high quality products. For me other hotels in Utrecht don't exist, and I've tried many :)

I would say one of the best value for money hotels in utrecht, very central, nice price , decent breakfast and very helpful staffs.

One of the most beautiful rooms I’ve ever stayed at, very good location, 2 minutes walking from the train station and 10 minutes walking from the city center.

Disgustingly incompassionate. Covid restrictions and new variant came in and we asked to cancel our reservation and they refused. Booking.com said they will try for us as most hotels will allow a cancel in this case and they still refused. Do not risk booking here, they will take your money regardless and have shown they couldn’t care less, better to book somewhere else and not risk your money. They don't care for the safety of their guests or their ability to return to their home country.

Very old hotel, elevators didn't work. The rooms are very small. There was a good offer on another website, but NH is advertising that they offer lowest price guarantee -10% extra discount. So I booked via NH and sent a screenshot of the other website with a lower price. Then they say that they cannot verify it and refuse to pay the difference. If you call them, it takes ages, they promise to call back but never do. Very bad customer service! I won't stay with NH anymore.

Good location, good value for money, but not really excited about the room and the staff. The hotel bar was closed when we needed it.

My mother, my brother and me spent some days in Utrecht in Early March and returned to the NH Utrecht. We have been here before quite some times, and we never have been disappointed, nor have we been this time. We enjoyed our stay a lot, like always, and I dont have a single thing to complain about. The hotel is in the city centre of Utrecht, next to the Jaarbeursplein in front of the Central Station. We arrived by train, and gettin to the hotel could not be easier, it is less than a five minute walk from the station itself. The historic old city around the Oude Gracht can be easily reached on foot too and is less than a ten minute walk away. The rooms are spacious, even when shared with 3 persons, clean and comfortable and have a modern bathroom with rain shower. They feature a TV with all the Dutch station and selection of internactional TV channels. I´d advise who isn´t too afraid of heights to ask for a room in the higher levels of the building. They provide awesome views over the city of Urecht. The food in the hotel was exceptionally good too. The breakfast buffet provides a really wide variation of everything: Bread, meat, cheese, fruit, cooked and scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, dairy, careals and even more. The quality of the food provided is really good and you can even have your eggs made fresh to your selection, if you wish so. The same goes for dinner. We had dinner at the hotel bar too, and both times we chose to eat their really enjoyed our food a lot. The food is tastyy and the prices are reasonable for the high quality of food provided. And last, but absolutely not least, the staff was, like always, exceptionally friendly and helpful at every moment. Everyone at the hotel made us feel so welcome, everyone at the reception, at the breakfast room, and especially the bar staff, even remembering us although our last stay was quite some time ago and welcoming us back. I can only say, to everyone of the staff, that we appreciate we appreciate what you do very, very much, and we will love coming back again in the future!

Super clean rooms and modern building. Possibility to rent a bike for 3 hrs (12 euro) or 24 hrs (16 euro). Wifi and fitness center for free, 24/7 food market next to the entrance. The hotel is 3 minutes walking distance from the train station. Highly recommended!
