★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience. Six of us dining outside, all of whom ordered through the online QR system. Three of us received (mostly) the dishes we had ordered, while the rest sat without food or drinks. After 30 minutes without being checked on, we went to ask about the other dishes, and very told someone would be with us in a second. Obviously the initial three had finished eating by this point. After no one came to check up on us, we went back inside to be told our orders had never gone through and so we'd need to reorder. When we explained that the payments had gone through on our end (i.e. money left accounts), a manager told us to repurchase our orders, and should the money from the first transaction not be refunded in the next few days we should return and find her to rectify it. There was no apology for any of this and it rubbed me the wrong way. Fortunately after protesting she agreed to just put an order through for us manually, instead of us having to pay online a second time. The food was fine when it arrived, albeit a little cold.

Washed my London breakfast away with the very recommendable home made ice tea!
Don’t mind the weird cat card in the background, that was mine. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fluffy pancakes, hot chocolate and perfectly cooked frech fries can make anyone’s day! I had a fun time dining with my friends and sharing food. I don’t think any of us had any complaints.
