★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy restaurant with good quality food. Even some Dutch delicious dishes. Service. Is friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed. Not trendy, or old school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As much as I think “hidden gem” tends to be over used when places aren’t actually hidden or off the beaten path, this place really is that. It is not in the typical areas in Amsterdam to look for a restaurant and when I wanted to take multiple people out to dinner I was having a hard time finding a nice upscale place. We were able to get in here and the food was excellent and the service was by one of the 2 chefs due to some staffing issue which I find a treat. His wine suggestions as pairings were spot on and the whole dinner experience was extremely enjoyable and we ended up with the bottle of desert wine on the table leaving late...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food didn't match up to the wonderful ambience.
There was the option for 3 course, or 5 course.
Had the camembert for starters, duck as main, and poached pear for dessert.
Camembert was ok.
Duck was too dry, paired with cheap sweet sauce from the asian recipe. Considered a rip off. Wouldn't even have to pay 10bucks for it in asia.
Dessert was flavourful, but taste of the ingredients didn't complemented each other.
Also, waiter didn't check on the customer's satisfaction like most of the other places I've visited.
Definitely a disappointment for the about of money paid for.
Lucky though, they accept cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was absolutely amazing food at a very reasonable price- a real “hidden gem!” You can choose to have between 3 and 6 courses; portions are adjusted accordingly for each dish. Nice wine list too - also very reasonably priced. Very highly recommended! Off the beaten tourist track - added bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rare and absolutely stunning food experience in Amsterdam. Classic French cuisine, in a modern style and to a level of absolute perfection. Hospitality like a dream. Friendly, fast and attentive. Delicious bread (as much as you like and served without asking), water (free) and wines of impeccable choice. Wow and cheers. Hope to see you again soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an excellent dinner here yesterday. We're able to secure a spot in the sun quite last minute. Owner very friendly but a bit reserved. Food was excellent and we'll priced. Will definitely come back.
