★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechtste dessert ever, drie items besteld na 1,5 uur kwam de bezorger aan met de bestelling en dat was niet de ergste na lang wachten denk je om te gaan genieten maar nog nooit zo slechte cheesecake gegeten helemaal gedroogd en overgebakken en laat staan de rest van de items die ik had besteld, zelf in de supermarkt verkopen ze betere kwaliteit gebakjes. HIER BESTEL IK NOOIT MEER!!!
 Worst dessert ever, ordered three items after 1.5 hours the delivery person arrived with the order and that was not the worst after a long wait you think to enjoy but never eaten such bad cheesecake completely dried and overbaked let alone the rest of the items I ordered, even in the supermarket they sell better quality pastries. I will NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I've ever ordered from, took almost 2 hours to deliver and then forgot straws, I then called and complained that milkshakes are not even cold and I don't even have straws to drink them with. They refused a refund and also refused to give me new milkshakes.
Milkshakes tasted watery and was completely melted
Please avoid this place at all costs!!
Lady on the phone was very rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This evening at 19:50 I ordered a few items from this place. The Uber Eats app indicated that this would be delivered between 20:30-20:50. At 21:00 still no delivery. First called at 21:04 no answer and left a voicemail message. No response. Called again at 21:18 and had a person on the phone who said that my order was on its way and would arrive soon. When my order still had not arrived by 21:49 called again and was sent to voicemail where I left a message that I did not want my order anymore as it had been 2 hours since I had placed it.
At a little before 22:00, my order arrived and sent it back and sent an sms to the contact number saying I was very unhappy with the order and the process and that I would let Uber Eats know. Was called back by the same person I spoke earlier. She was rather combative and the call was not very pleasant. I was rather annoyed. She said that she would only refund me 75% of my payment because of the fact that products were made to order. She further said it was standard practice.
Have left a message with Uber Eats with a complaint.

I ordered a salted caramel cake bowl. I think you have a good idea and a good product, but it needs some adjustments.
I think you should put much more cake on the base and less butter cream, I would say half of what you are using now.
