★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really love this butcher! I can definitely recommend their Rib Eye, spicy lamb sausages, chorizo sausages and their seasoned lamb rack. The stamppot is also great! Definitely worth your money and your visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped in on a busy Saturday to pick up a chicken to roast. Was disappointed to see when I got home that the chicken only had 1 star on the ‘beter leven’ index. I had hoped that meat sold by a butcher would be more ethically sourced but apparently not the case here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first glance the place looked a bit dated and messy. We entered anyway because of the special name and great rating on Google Maps. We discovered that they make gourmet sandwiches that are out of this world. In this place, it is all about meat. We ordered three sandwiches: cheese steak, pastrami and Iberico. The wait was pretty long because the sandwiches we ordered were build to our order. They took their time to make a perfect sandwich. It felt like they cared for each sandwich. No rush. The ingredients of the sandwiches are well balanced. All three were delicious and all three had a different taste/concept. They came carefully wrapped and put in a paper bag to go. We did not have to wait, however when we left there was a huge waiting line behind us, if you are looking for the perfect sandwich I would say that it is worth the wait. We paid almost 18 euros for three sandwiches and a coca-cola.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful and friendly staff, great selection of meats, great sandwiches, loved the spreads as well. A lovely little corner meat store in Hoofddorpplein. It can be easily spotted with the roasting chicken outside. But step in and you will have a wonderful selection of meats. The meat is fresh and very flavourful. I had the chorizo sandwich and picked the spicier version which was gorgeous!! Loved every bite.
Look to further for all options of great meats. Highly recommended.
