Via internet kwamen we uiteindelijk bij The Flagstone Company terecht en hebben toen vanuit België een mooi uitstapje gedaan met bezoek aan TFC .We werden heel goed ontvangen met goede uitleg. Onze keus was vooraf deels gemaakt en waren zeker verkocht toen we de steen in werkelijkheid zagen .Levering was perfect ,enkel spuitzakken zaten er niet bij maar na één mailtje heeft TFC deze per post zonder kosten daags nadien opgestuurd .Met de videos die men op de internetsite kan bekijken ging ik aan de slag en gaande weg leerde ik de knepen van het vak .Van het resultaat zijn we zeer tevreden, zodanig dat het tweede project met de zelfde steen zich reeds aanbied en natuurlijk doen wij onze bestelling bij TFC. Goede service en steeds bereikbaar indien vragen. We had a garden house in the back of our garden that we wanted to give a bit more charisma. Via the internet we ended up with The Flagstone Company and then made a nice trip from Belgium with a visit to TFC. We were very well received with good explanation. Our choice was partly made in advance and were certainly sold when we actually saw the stone. Delivery was perfect, only piping bags were not included, but after one e-mail TFC sent it by post the following day without any costs. I was able to view the internet site and started to learn the tricks of the trade. We are very satisfied with the result, so that the second project with the same stone is already on offer and of course we place our order at TFC. Good service and always available if you have questions.

Na het bestellen van het gratis flagstones magazine was ik verkocht. We wonen niet in een villa, maar het resultaat in onze keuken van 5m2 vloer is super mooi. Het is een mooie combinatie met onze laminaat vloer. Voor het verschil in hoogte komt nog een overgangsprofiel. We were looking for an original kitchen floor for our new home. Different from the standard flagstones or rectangular tiles. Then I ended up at flagstones. After ordering the free flagstones magazine, I was sold. We do not live in a villa, but the result in our kitchen of 5m2 floor is super beautiful. It is a nice combination with our laminate floor. A transition profile will be added for the difference in height.
R	R Geurts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op zaterdag 30 januari voor de eerste keer de showroom van Flagstone bezocht. Een prettig ontvangst met koffie/thee en een lekker stukje appeltaart. Vervolgens een helder en fijn gesprek gehad met Ruben. We zijn goed begeleid om tot een goed product te komen wat past bij onze woning. We kunnen hiermee verder! Nogmaals dank! Visited the Flagstone showroom for the first time on Saturday 30 January. A pleasant welcome with coffee/tea and a nice piece of apple pie. Then had a clear and pleasant conversation with Ruben. We are well guided to arrive at a good product that suits our home. We can move on with this! Thanks again!

Het grootste aanbod van Nederland is hier te vinden. Ondanks dat we geen afspraak hadden gemaakt zijn we toch uitgebreid te woord gestaan wat ons heel veel duidelijkheid heeft gegeven. Dit gesprek heeft mede onze keuze bepaald. Nu in afwachting van een mooie offerte aanbieding. Very large and nice showroom, wide range of choice both of natural and reconstructed stones, very professional consulting, deep to technical details, very kind and useful suggestions : in brief excellent experience, thanks to Marcel who assisted us extensively ! We are going to build a house and we want to have some stone details on the external walls: we will purchase at the Flagstone !

We drove 650km from Denmark, and the drive was certainly worth it. The showroom is enormous, and the number and size of the stone samples allows you to really visualize and dream about how it would look in real life on your dream home. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive, and answered all of our questions with ease. We were furthermore served a delicious cup of coffee and apple cake while we mulled over the many beautiful stone offerings. We left the showroom having made a decision about stone model and color and joint/mortar type, color, and fineness. It was not the one we had selected as our frontrunner from reviewing their also immaculate website, so it confirmed our suspicion that we needed to visit and see and touch samples in real life to find the perfect fit. Anyone looking for a beautiful stone product for their home should do themselves a favor and check out Flagstone's website and definitely take a trip to the showroom.
