Ali gives a wonderful sports massage with a lot of extra attention to the areas that need it. He is very friendly and puts you at ease immediately. The massage is given in a pleasant , warm room and with nice calming music. He uses natural oils that smell very pleasantly. I definitely recomment him!

I had a chronic pain in my back for weeks. It was so bad that it started to affect my shoulders and neck and made it difficult to sit comfortably, sleep, study and work. I had previously had a massage for the problem but unfortunately, I left slightly more comfortable but definitely not cured. I later met Ali and mentioned it to him and he suggested a deep tissue massage with him. A few days later I arrived at his flat and was lead into the living room where we discussed my issue and what the route of action would be. I trusted him straight away as I felt like he actually cared about my complaint which I've found lacking in other places. I came into the massage room knowing exactly what to expect which made me so much more comfortable. It was warm, private and very comfortable. The massage was an hour long, full-body massage and Ali explained briefly throughout the massage what oils he was using (they all smelled incredible and were not sticky at all) and their benefits which again, made me feel he was very trustworthy. He focused a lot on my problem area and the areas around and I could tell very quickly that he knew what he was doing as I could feel my whole body start to relax and the tension melt away. He was finding tension and sore places that even I wasn't aware of. I was amazed. After the massage I was taken back into the living room for a little review of the massage and a hot cup of tea. I decided there and then to book another massage with Ali for some point in the future. I recommend The Flower of Life 100% and urge anyone that has any discomfort or pain to pay them a visit. You won't be sorry.

I discovered the studio by coincidence when I was looking for a massage studio nearby, as I was suffering from intense neck pain in a very stressful period of time. When I left their place, I felt completely reset. Leontine and Ali really make one feel at peace with the world and oneself.
