Volledig circulair
Het paviljoen van The Green House is volledig circulair en zeer duurzaam gebouwd. The Green House krijgt na 15 jaar weer een nieuwe bestemming. Passend bij het tijdelijke karakter is het volledige paviljoen demontabel. Ook wordt zo veel mogelijk gebruik gemaakt van hergebruikte materialen. Zo komt de glazen gevelbekleding van de voormalige naastgelegen Knoopkazerne. En worden zo veel mogelijk producten geleased of geleverd naar gebruik en blijven daarmee in bezit van de leverancier, met een volledig circulair businessmodel als resultaat. β β β β β nice place to chill. the waitress is friendly allowing you to look on the greenhouse upstairs. the dishes have a good taste comes from sustainable ingredients (self-planted by the restaurant). I love the business-card they gave when we paid the bill. it was made from recycled paper that broadcasted of some veggie beans among it.

β β β β β This restaurant is completely different than others as mostly they grow their own veggies. And here you get veggies which you might have never tasted like Artishock, Celeriac etc. Price is little high as you need to order more stuff but trying once is worth.

β β β β β Delicious food with good service. There were a few standout dishes like the pizza and the oysters. The location is beautiful and I would recommend taking a peek at the greenhouse and green rooms upstairs.

β β β β β Nice place with good food. For a large group the sharing experience is great but could do with a bit more food. Quality, diversity and taste are good. Explanation of dishes could be a little better. The service for drinks as well. And not able to serve cappuccino or espresso at the end due to to much work at 1 time ... that's actually unacceptable. What's the difference in making a coffee or espresso in time or difficulty .... was absolutly completly fully booked on a Monday ....

β β β β β I have mixed feelings about this place. While this is such a cool and experimental place, the portion of the food and the taste are quite disappointing.. nonetheless, it has nice ambiance and the staff is friendly!
