Reacties zijn snel en duidelijk en de hypotheek was, ondanks deze uitdagingen, heel snel geregeld. Very nice, professional and personal handling of my mortgage application. It concerned an application with some challenges i.v.m. income from abroad, but Mark was on top of it and managed to help me well in all areas. Responses were quick and clear and, despite these challenges, the mortgage was arranged very quickly.

Mark en zijn collega’s hebben ons zeer prettig geholpen met de aanschaf van onze 2e woning en onlangs tevens voor de financiering voor onze opbouw. Zij houden je keurig op de hoogte van de vorderingen, de receptie staat je altijd zeer prettig te woord en Mark denkt altijd met je mee. Wij hadden bijvoorbeeld onze 1e hypotheek niet via hen afgesloten en daar had Mark ongevraagd nog wat goede tips over gegeven. Echt super! Kortom, ga vooral hier naartoe als je goed advies wilt voor het afsluiten van je hypotheek! :-) I ended up at Mark van Hypotheker Haarlem-Noord through a colleague. Mark and his colleagues have helped us very pleasantly with the purchase of our second home and recently also with the financing for our construction. They will keep you informed of the progress, the reception is always very pleasant to speak to and Mark always thinks along with you. For example, we had not taken out our 1st mortgage through them and Mark had given some good tips about that without being asked. Really great! In short, go here if you want good advice on how to take out your mortgage! :-)
D	Dirk-Jan Kloppenborg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijn bedrijf en erg goed geholpen door Patrick. Ze zijn betrokken, geen vraag is te veel. Men denkt mee en geeft daarom dan ook echt advies. Enige puntje van kritiek is dat zij "samenwerken" met Hugtenburg & de Vries en onze ervaring voor taxatie van ons huis door dit bedrijf is nogal teleurstellend. Uiteraard meteen doorgegeven en ze vonden dit erg spijtig... Hopelijk zullen zij in de toekomst andere partijen de taxaties laten doen en anders zelf even aangeven natuurlijk ;) Ze zijn flexibel genoeg. Anyway om positief te eindigen: Goed bedrijf, ze tonen alles direct van het computerscherm, dus toch even een andere verdelingen of rentepreriode inzien wordt direct aangepast en inzichtelijk gemaakt :) Voor ons echt een verademing in vergelijking tot het bedrijf waar wij eerst zaten (waarover geen slechte woorden, maar waren gewoon wat klassieker...) Nice company and very well helped by Patrick. They are involved, no question is too much. People think along and therefore give real advice. Only point of criticism is that they "cooperate" with Hugtenburg & de Vries and our experience for appraising our house by this company is rather disappointing. Obviously immediately passed on and they found this very regrettable ... Hopefully they will let other parties do the appraisals in the future and indicate otherwise themselves of course;) They are flexible enough. Anyway to end positively: Good company, they show everything directly from the computer screen, so just seeing another distributions or interest period is immediately adjusted and made transparent :) For us really a relief compared to the company where we were first (about which not bad words, but were just a bit more classic ...)
