β β β β β Can't judge the quality of end to end service, as we never got to the point of starting to collaborate. Low responsiveness, difficulties to contact and delayed responses was a red flag for us, and we decided not to make business with Scheffer Verzek. & Hypotheken.
EDIT: I changed the rating up to 3 stars, as the owner contacted me to explain the situation. She did that in a very professional way, which indicates they do really care and a single event should not determine their whole business.

We also had a complication with some documents that was resolved nicely and professionally. We are happy with the whole process and our new house.

β β β β β The best in their work, very professional, they help me on a very high speed, in less than a month from checking the house to bidding, requesting the mortgage etc until I was already signing in the notary with the mortgage approved and everything sorted.
Some people complain that they are unresponsive.. yes they are sometimes... and that's because they are busy getting the work done.
