Great place with great food; the staff is friendly and helpful, they helped us with the menu (available only in dutch). Like every other place in the Netherlands gluten free food is available and affordable. Average prices and great service.

Unfriendly service, and a charge of €2.50 per carafe levied on tap water!! Food average apart from a delicious torta tartufo. I would never go there again.

If you are considering a meal at this restaurant, let me give you a couple of recommendations: 1. Bring your own flask, if you are a poor student not really willing to pay for the overly expensive drinks or you are just looking for a nice jug of water with your food. I'm afraid you'll be unpleasantly suprised to find out that The Italian cuisine "does not have tap water" as the Waitress that served us put it. You'll probably be able to go fetch some from the village well though. 2. Make sure to bring a extra glass, now this is not exactly THAT necessary as they will probably give you a extra glass if you asked for it, but we found it very awkward to ask for a extra glass. Here's why: when my girlfriend's pizza was brought to her we found her pizza drowned in goat-cheese-fluid, luckily for the not very attentive guest the cook does quite a good job of hiding this flood by covering it with spinach. If you do notice this though you'll be able to hopefully as we did extract this fluid and put in the glass (to maybe drink for later). Oh, and saving the best for last, you'll have a nice soaked bottom which makes it kind of a pudding so you won't have to order any desserts. 3. Lastly, we recommend bringing exactly the right amount of people, if you are looking to dine inside or outside and the restaurant is quite filled you'll be sent packing if you do not bring enough companions to sit at a 4 persons table. Now this did not happen to us luckily, we were sat down at a nice outside table next where the waitresses hang out. We were able to overhear several conversations one about putting a table on 'reserved' for the purpose of a 2 person group not bringing enough people and if they were to seperate the tables they wouldn't be able to make as much money. After managing to sit down, you'll be able to enjoy a nice bit of capitalism displayed to you in geust policy. All in all it comes highly recommended for EVERYONE.

Very delicious, lot of pesto on the noodles. Pizza was out of a classic stone oven. Waitress was nice and attentive. Restaurant is nicely decorated.
