★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What makes a brand amazing? The people of course. And THE KOOPLES can be lucky to have amazing people in their stores. We had a great time with Jessy in the Premium Store (Hofstraat); not just, that he is super friendly, he is simply real. He is helping, because he loves to help and he knows about fashion in a way, that you like to talk with him. Most impressive: he tells you "do not take this one, the other one is better and fits more to you". Having a sales person, telling you not to buy, is real art, real personality, real service.
The shop in shop system in the Hudson Bay is another place, where THE KOOOPLES share their love for fashion with you. I do not know the name of the girl, but even she is small, her smile fills the whole place with happyness. She is responsible for the woman store at the Hudson Bay and she is performing like fashion&people would be her dreamlife. Respect for this wonderful time.
A quick stop at the Man Section, another good service person, that offered me to buy the stuff I wanted right now. But I promised Jessy that I will come to him, so what I do now? Right, enjoying the sun in Amsterdam, having a great breakfast and then, when the door opens at 12:00, I gonna make myself a present.
Jessy, see you soon. I gonna get this piece of art today, like I promised.

Delivery is terrible: no shipment updates. If you don’t find the notice in your mailbox (it was half in) TNT delivery will deliver your package in another town! (I live in R’dam: it goes to Dordrecht)
They send the wrong articles.
Customer service is not easy to contact.
The order contains spelling errors. (op de acherkant / de bestellining / any question?)
