S	Stephanie Wijte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect place to practice yoga and just be! I take lessons here for 9 months. It felt like a warm bath from the moment I walked in. The yogaclasses are really good, professional and the teachers and there teachings are inspiring me everytime. For me this school is the perfect place to develop myself and to come home to myself. They have all kinds of different yogastyles on the schedule. So I can choose a class which I need or which I am in the mood for. There is a beautiful livingroom area with a great atmosphere where you can relax on the very comfortable couches with a gingertea or a really good coffee. They serve some healthy food like a sandwich with hummus, oatmeal, vegan pie and there is always a very good soup of the day, my favourite! The staff is really nice and they are always very friendly and helpfull. If your looking for an inspiring, relax and beautiful place to practice yoga than this is the place to be for you!

Athmosphere-wise, I happened to enter when all yuppie moms with their kids planned their yoga session, probably I had bad timing. Facilities are great, except the showers and dressing rooms are too small for the crowd. Staff were friendly but gave a scatter-headed and not a super professional impression.

The teachers are great and the yoga studios are spacious and clean. There is a big range of variety in the daily classes, different teachers and different styles. After class you can relax in the nice living area or in the big garden and enjoy the nice food they serve.

They offer a large variaty of lessons, teachers, styles, workshops and trainingprograms, as well as acupuncture and massages. The facilities are top notch, everything is there, a beautiful entrance, common room, changing rooms, lockers, showers and last but not least a beautiful garden. The Staff is kind but sometimes a bit chaotic, it feels like coming home. This all makes a lovely ambience in the hart of Amsterdam.

The space is large yet warm, with great vegetarian options at the lovely cafe in the 'huiskamer'. The three studios are fantastic with large windows and high ceilings, and super zen. There are more than 70 different types of yoga classes to choose from, massage therapy, and accupuncture, and free meditation sessions in the mornings and evenings six days a week! What else can you ask for? It will become your second home, whether you are new to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner. :)

They host many kinds of yoga lessons in different schedules, and meditations. During the class it's easy to follow even if it's a big group, as the teacher has a elevated stand and microphone. Oh they have a super friendly cat around!

I’ve had countless classes that felt absolutely inspired at this school and all by different teachers. How many amazing teachers can one place have?!! The staff at the desk are so welcoming and kind every time I check-in or get an after yoga tea. How lucky we are to have this oasis in busy Amsterdam!
