Het bedrijf kan ook niet duidelijk uitleggen wat voor garanties er zijn. Therma a Rest is een beter alternatief, met duidelijkere garanties. Tassen, tenten etc zullen prima zijn van Nomad, maar Matjes zou ik niet doen. Nomad sleeping mats bought (2 x 90 euros), if after a few years of good use there is a porosity in the material, Nomad knows nothing about warranty. Nor can the company explain clearly what guarantees there are. Therma a Rest is a better alternative, with clearer guarantees. Bags, tents etc will be fine from Nomad, but I wouldn't do Matjes.
S	Strassen Junge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Service! Nomad Isomatte Allround XW 10.0 wurde cirka 10 Mal benutzt und danach waren die Nähte im Bereich der Ventile undicht. Die Garantie war rund 1 Jahr abgelaufen. Der Nomad Reparaturservice prüfte die Isomatte und empfahl diese kulanterweise um- oder auszutauschen, weil wahrscheinlich ein Produktionsfehler vorlag. Nomad hat allerdings nur 25 % Rabatt auf den Kauf einer neuen Matte angeboten. Deshalb hier die 1 Stern Bewertung! Ich schließe daraus, dass der Hersteller ein teures, aber nicht hochwertiges Produkt auf den Markt bringt. Bad service! Nomad Allround XW 10.0 sleeping pad was used about 10 times and then the seams in the area of the valves were leaky. The warranty had expired for around 1 year. The Nomad repair service checked the sleeping mat and graciously recommended it to be exchanged or exchanged because there was probably a production error. However, Nomad only offered a 25% discount on the purchase of a new mat. Therefore here the 1 star rating! I conclude from this that the manufacturer is bringing an expensive, but not high-quality product onto the market.

Helaas was iets niet de juiste maat. Ik mocht ruilen maar er is nooit een vervangend item verzonden. Op mails over de verzending van het vervangende item werd niet gereageerd. First half of the order was delivered. In emails were not responded. After I had phoned the rest was still sent. Unfortunately it was just not the right size. I could swap but has never sent a replacement item. Mails on the dispatch of the replacement item was no response.
