β β β β β Tijdens het ophalen van een pakket [PostNL] blijkt dat ik inklaringskosten dien te betalen. Deze had ik echter aantoonbaar in de winkel !! al online betaald. De boodschap die ik meekrijg: ''Dat moet u zelf maar met postNL regelen'' !
Deze ondernemer neemt dus geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid. Slecht ondernemerschap, waarbij zelfs 1 ster nog veel te veel is.
When picking up a package [PostNL] it turns out that I have to pay customs clearance costs. However, I demonstrably had these in the store!! already paid online. The message I get: ''You have to arrange that yourself with PostNL''!
This entrepreneur therefore does not take any responsibility. Bad entrepreneurship, where even 1 star is way too much.

β β β β β such a nice place to visit, they have a wide variety of books. they sell some great pen's and have the the best staff very politie and helpful. a small tip. if you order a lot off stuff from Ali express wish or any other Chinese market, most likely they will be delivered here.
