β β β β β Nice place, clean and pretty rooms, not far to City centre and beach. Pubs and restaurants everywhere. There are bikes for rent.

β β β β β My family and I spent one night in your hotel last August 14th.
Unfortunately, our apartment was flooded and we could not take a shower or use the bathroom, apart from the bad smell that there was because the water went out without stopping through the toilet.
The staff promised give a compesation to us, but after few days we did not have more news about him. We are waiting for a solution

The staff are absolutely amazing and the apartment is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
I'd highly recommend it

β β β β β Really good location, right next to the tram - The apartment was very spacious and bright, the kitchen is well equipped and is perfect for a couple/family. I really enjoyed the bathroom with the fancy mirrors and the shower jets options. The staff was not only helpful but also very friendly and gave us good recommendations on the neighbourhood. I will definitely stay at Yays again the next time I visit Den Haag !

β β β β β We stayed in a very spacious and confortable apartment, although just for one night.
The check-in and check-out were both smooth and we could leave our bags for some time on the day of our check-out.
In terms of expected improvements:
- The apartment was not perfectly cleaned: there was dirt under the double bed
- A shelf under the sink was not right fixed, but just leaning, meaning that by opening that shelf one would make it fall down to the floor
Overall, I would recommend a stay, anyway.

β β β β β We had an absolute wonderful stay. Close to city centre, comfortable bed, nice balcony, spacious apartment with everything what might be needed. We would love to be back..
Maybe the only thing which could be improved is slightly broken shelf under the sink (previous reviewer also highlighted this)
