★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeeeer slechte service. Mijn Swatch naar Swatch Group in de Bijenkorf Eindhoven gebracht omdat de sticker van de bezel los is gelaten door vocht. Horloge is waterdicht. Dan zou je toch mogen verwachten dat de gebruikte materialen ook waterbestendig zijn....
Doordat ik het garantiebewijs wegens omstandigheden niet meer kon overleggen wordt er niets mee gedaan. Ze kunnen het zelfs niet tegen een vergoeding repareren/sticker vervangen. Zeeeer slechte service voor een waterdicht horloge wat schijnbaar dus niet bestand is tegen vocht.
Very bad service. My Swatch brought to Swatch Group in the Bijenkorf Eindhoven because the sticker of the bezel was released by moisture. Watch is waterproof. Then you could expect that the materials used are also water-resistant ....
Because I could no longer submit the guarantee certificate due to circumstances, nothing will be done with it. They cannot even repair it / replace the sticker for a fee. Very bad service for a waterproof watch which apparently is not resistant to moisture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uitstekende service! Longines horloge was aan reparatie toe. Niet wetende dat Longines tot de swatch group hoort, horloge ter reparatie aangeboden aan juwelier Pijnenburg in Eindhoven: deze vroeg 300 euro, alleen maar om het in behandeling te nemen en wil dus graag verdienen aan reparaties. Vervolgens contact gehad met Swatch, die het horloge lieten ophalen door een koerier, het kostenloos liet repareren door Longines en het weer thuis liet bezorgen door een koerier. Dus:
1) uitstekende service van Swatch/Longines
2) doe geen zaken met Peinenburg Eindhoven
Outstanding service! Longine's watch was in need of repair. Not knowing that Longines belongs to the swatch group, the watch was offered for repair to jeweler Pijnenburg in Eindhoven: he asked 300 euros, just to process it and would therefore like to earn money from repairs. Then contacted Swatch, who had the watch picked up by a courier, had it repaired by Longines free of charge and had it delivered back to your home by a courier. So:
1) excellent service from Swatch / Longines
2) do not do business with Peinenburg Eindhoven
