β β β β β Zeer ontevreden! Ik had een bestelling gedaan voor een ring als cadeautje. De ring zou binnen 7 dagen 'er zeker wel zijn'. Na twee weken nog niks gehoord, dus zelf maar even bellen. Krijg ik te horen dat het nog wel 6 weken kan duren. Op de vraag waarom ze niet even pro-actief mij hadden gecontact kreeg ik het antwoord 'geen tijd voor'. Totaal niet klantvriendelijk, dus nooit meer iets kopen hier.
 Very dissatisfied! I had placed an order for a ring as a gift. The ring would 'be sure' within 7 days. I haven't heard anything after two weeks, so call yourself. I am told that it can take another 6 weeks. When asked why they had not contacted me proactively, I received the answer 'no time for'. Totally not customer friendly, so never buy anything here again.

β β β β β Goede juwelier, gezellige mensen. Het duurde alleen wel erg lang voordat we onze trouwringen hadden. Maar het was op tijd dus helemaal prima.
Good jeweler, nice people. It just took a long time before we got our wedding rings. But it was completely fine on time.

β β β β β De winkel is keurig. De sieraden en horloges ook van goede kwaliteit. Helaas was de service verschrikkelijk. Ik was als enige in de winkel en wilde één specifiek ding kopen. Geen βgoedemiddagβ of βkan ik u helpenβ, nee ik word door de verkoopster aangestaard terwijl ik daar loop te wachten.. toen maar gevraagd of ze me kon helpen en nou dat kon misschien net..
Al met al was de service erg slecht.
The store is neat. The jewelry and watches are also of good quality. Unfortunately the service was terrible. I was the only one in the store and wanted to buy one specific thing. No 'good afternoon' or 'can I help you', no I am stared at by the saleswoman while I am waiting there.. then I asked if she could help me and well that might just be..
All in all the service was very bad.

β β β β β The owner of this shop entered my apartment without asking for my permission, while we were moving, and frightened me terribly. He, a 1.90m tall man twice my size whom I did not know, started yelling at me angrily about the van that was helping us move the furniture, which was, apparently, standing in front of his shop, parked on the street. As I was obviously quite scared and intimidated, I told him politely that I have nothing to do with the van and that he should go speak to the driver and to my fiancee downstairs.
When I went downstairs to complain about him trespassing our apartment, he started yelling at both my fiancee and I about the van, which was not even our fault, swore at us horribly and forced us out of the store.
He also lied straight to our face, saying that he had not entered the apartment, although I had found him standing in the hallway, and that I "have no witness to prove it", an affirmation which I believe proves my point. He also insulted us repeatedly, especially my fiancee, from the door of his store.
I had visited the shop before, without it making a certain impression on me, but after this experience, I would not recommend anyone to visit the shop of a man with such terribly poor manners.
