★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personeel zijn niet zo vriendelijk en zeer arrogant en kortaf. ik moest 45 min wachten en werd nog steeds niet geholpen ik ging zelf lunchen en weer terug gekomen en moest nog 15 min wachten voor dat ik geholpen werd. Jammer voor deze mooie winkel ik kom graag bij de lucardi .
Staff are not that friendly and very arrogant and curt. I had to wait 45 min and still was not helped I went to lunch myself and came back and had to wait another 15 min before I was helped. Too bad for this beautiful shop I like to come to the lucardi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik vond ze nogal neerbuigend toen ik het slotje van mijn gouden halsketting wilde laten maken. Het duurde eeuwen (zo'n 2 maanden) voordat ik bericht kreeg dat het was gemaakt. En het heeft ja, ja, net 3 maanden geduurd en toen was hetzelfde probleem er al weer. Er was mij al gezegd dat ik het slotje op een bepaalde manier moest sluiten, anders ging het weer een probleem worden. Ik heb het slotje (ketting heb ik intussen > 30 jaar) eerder laten vervangen, geen enkel probleem. Ik ben op zoek naar een andere juwelier die het wel goed doet, het heeft even geduurd gezien Corona, maar ik hoop dat het echt goed komt...
Echt heel erg arrogant hier, ik kwam een reparatie laten doen van 30 Euro, ik voelde het heel goed hoor:de termen waren al heel neerbuigend, tsja je ketting is niet zo kostbaar (kettinkje) en je komt niks anders kopen, maar dat je dit soort prutswerk gewoon goed laat praten door het arrogante personeel... Dan heb je gewoon echt meer de touwtjes in handen nodig als eigenaar. Weet jouw personeel veel wat ik verder nog had willen kopen..... Nu iig niks meer bij deze winkel.....
I found them rather condescending when I wanted the clasp made for my gold necklace. It took ages (about 2 months) before I was notified that it had been made. And it has, yes, yes, just lasted 3 months and then the same problem was already there. I was already told that I had to close the lock in a certain way, otherwise it would become a problem again. I had the lock (chain I have now > 30 years) replaced earlier, no problem. I'm looking for another jeweler who is doing well, it took a while because of Corona, but I hope it really works out...
Really very arrogant here, I came to have a repair done for 30 Euro, I felt it very well: the terms were already very condescending, well your chain is not that expensive (chain) and you don't come to buy anything else, but that you this kind of nonsense just let the arrogant staff talk well... Then you just really need more control as the owner. Do your staff know a lot about what else I would have liked to buy..... Now nothing more at this store.....

Want de ene klant wil verscheidene ringen zien van 500 euro per stuk, terwijl een andere klant een paar oorbellen van 2 euro wil halen. Het is altijd pokkedruk, de medewerkers zien er gestresst uit en zit eentje een batterijtje te vervangen terwijl er 6 mensen in de rij staan. Wordt of een luxe juwelier of ga verder als een soort van six, want niemand snapt precies wat er in deze winkel gaande is.
Lucardi has to think about what kind of audience they want. Because one customer wants to see several rings for 500 euros each, while another customer wants to get a pair of earrings for 2 euros. It is always busy, the employees look stressed and one is replacing a battery while 6 people are standing in line. Either become a luxury jeweler or continue as a kind of six, because no one understands exactly what is going on in this store.
